Jobsite Safety Analysis
The construction jobsite will be visited by one of our experienced investigators to check for serious OSHA violations and safety requirements. The supervisor or superintendent is encouraged to participate in the jobsite safety analysis, and fix safety non-compliances.
Digital photos will be taken of serious unsafe actions and conditions on the project sites.
A Potential Serious OSHA Violation Observations Report will be generated and E-mailed as an Adobe pdf to the Job Superintendent and company owner/s so that corrective action can be taken.
The jobsite safety compliance
inspections to observe and identify potential serious hazard conditions such
as:
• Electrical Safety
• Fall Protection
• Scaffolds
• Excavations
• Hard Hats
• Heavy Equipment
• Ladders and Stairs
• Re-Bar
Another option available to the builder is a covert observation of their jobsite. All of the above conditions will be observed but without notification to your superintendants or sub contractors. This type of inspection allows you to get a true feel and benchmark for where your jobsite stands on safety issues and areas that need to be addressed
